Black has just played ...Ne4, trying to gang up on White's d2-knight, which
is amply protected by White's other knight, not to mention the queen & king.
Black thinks his knight is safe because the d2-knight is pinned, but makes a
beginner's mistake. The only thing preventing White from capturing the
e4-knight is the black queen on the a5-e1 diagonal. White just has to
chase the queen off the diagonal, and the knight will be left hanging!

White is a piece up, and should win.
