1...Ne2+ 2.Rxe2

White's best chance, interfering with the bishop's protection of the g4-rook.

If instead 2.Bxe2 Qxe3+ 3.Kh2 fxg4 4.Bxg4 Qf4+ 5.Kg1 Qxg4 6.Ne7+ Rxe7 7.Qd5+ Kg7 8.Qxa8 Qf4-+

Analysis Diagram: after 8...Qf4

Black's advantage is overwhelming, which is why White instead chose to play as in the game.  Speaking of which...

2...Qxg4 3.Ne7+ Rxe7

3...Kh8 4.Nd5 Reb8 5.Nxc7 Ra7; 3...Kg7 4.Qd7=

4.Qd5+ Kh7 5.Qxa8 f4!

Compare this position to the analysis diagram above and you'll see why White chose 2.Rxe2.

Black's position is now nearly overwhelming, and his last move threatens ...f3, etc.  Black should be able to win this; I leave it up to you to work out the details for yourself.
