Black threatens1...Qg3 mate, and seems to have all of
White's defensive tries blocked: the queen also guards g1 against the
white rook; the bishop prevents Rc2, and also blocks the other rook
from reaching b2. Finally the multi-talented bishop guards
against Qa2. So how is White to proceed?
1.Qa2+ Bxa2

The "multi-talented" bishop was, in fact, overworked! It had too
many jobs to do, and couldn't do them all. Now there follows:
2.Rb2+ Kxc1 3.Rxf2

White has managed to avoid checkmate, win an exchange (winning a rook
for a knight or bishop) and in the process - the game. Black can
resign now.
