White to move and win
[need a hint?]

Black to move &
win
1...Bxh2+ Black disrupts the pawn
shield in front of the enemy king. By itself, that isn't enough
compensation for having given up a valuable piece like a bishop, but
Black has a trick up his sleeve. 2.Kxh2

The sacrifice has served to draw the king into position where Black
can win his piece back via double attack. If instead of taking
the bishop White had tried 2.Kh1 then 2...Qh4 and sadly the best White
has at this point is a queen sacrifice: 3.Bg4 (3.Re1 Bg3+ 4.Kg1 Qh2+
5.Kf1 Qh1 mate; 3.g4 Qh3 4.Qd3 Bg3+ 5.Kg1 Qh2 mate) 3...Bxg4 4.Qxg4
Qxg4 5.Nf6+ gxf6 6.Kxh2 White has averted the immediate mate threats,
but has lost the game in the process. 2...Qh4+

Giving check and simultaneously attacking the knight on e4.
Double attack which involves a check is particularly lethal, since the
check - by rule - must be attended to, often leaving no chance to save
the second piece attacked. 3.Kg1 Qxe4

While certainly not over, Black has a large advantage - an extra pawn.
He also has better pawn structure, but a misplaced knight over at a5.
Still, with careful play, the extra pawn should be enough to win
