Black to move & win

White has just played 1.Nc4xe5, discovering an attack on the black queen while snatching a free pawn, or so White thought.  Black has other ideas!

1...Nxe5

Black is leaving his queen en prise!  But hold on - he has a trick up his sleeve.  He's seen further than White has.  What he saw was that White's best would be:

2.Kg3

Why  not take the queen you ask?  Because after 2.Rxc5 Black has a killing knight fork: 2...Nexf3+ 3.Bxf3 Nxf3+

Analysis Diagram: after 3...Nxf3+

Black gets the queen back, and with it the point!  After 4.Kg3 Nxd2 White is a bishop down and has no compensation for the missing piece.

0-1
