White is just about to get checkmated, but for the saving grace of a perpetual check:  1.Rf6+ gxf6  A mistake would be 1...Kh5?? 2.Rxh6+ Kg4 ( 2...gxh6 3.Qxh6+ Kg4 4.Qg5 mate) 3.Rh4+ Kf5 4.Qh5+ g5 5.Qxg5 mate.  2.Qxf6+ Kh7 3.Qh8+

White keeps shuttling the queen between f6 and h8.  Instead, Black should offer the draw.
