What Otteson missed was the beautiful double deflection beginning with: 33.Rc7 Qd2.  Best, according to Herr Fritz, is 33...Bxg4 34.Rxc1 Bxe2 when Black has a bishop and a passed pawn for the queen.  It's not enough.  34.Rc2 and Black can resign now...
